CO-LAB

An ongoing partnership for complex sustainability work

This is for programmes and portfolios, not one off problems.

Service three

CO-LAB is best

if you are a sustanability leader who

  • is responsible for a strategy or programme across sites or regions
  • is expected to design, steer and defend sustainability work over many months
  • knows that a single workshop will not fix culture or practice

CO-LAB is also

for an operator who

  • now has sustainability built into your role, not just as a side project
  • has to keep adjusting processes, training, suppliers and systems over time
  • is worried that one weak point in operations could damage the whole effort

What actually happens in CO-LAB

We start with a short cycle, usually around three months

We map your current projects, risks and pressure points

Together we set a small number of clear goals for that period

We keep an honest view of what is working, what is fragile and what needs to change

We meet regularly to unblock projects, sense check decisions and adjust as real life tests the plan

At the end of the cycle, we review progress and decide together whether to continue

What you leave with

Over time, CO LAB gives you:

  • Fewer lonely decisions at your laptop late at night
  • A clearer story you can tell about your programme to leaders, staff and partners
  • A pattern of steady progress that people can see and trust

You are not buying a magic solution.

You are choosing a thinking partner who stays with you as you do the work.

* Compared with CO LAB, ASK and IDEATE are very light ways to start. Many clients choose an ASK or IDEATE session first, then build into CO LAB when they see the fit.
